The process command reads an INI file. Its default name is proc.ops; the expected section is [olang]. Each key becomes a process name and its value is passed to the olang command.
[olang]
worker=worker.ola
Start or stop the configured entries with:
olang process --start
olang process --stop
Use -f FILE.ops to select another file. The process helper launches each configured command through /bin/bash with nohup, redirects output to /dev/null, and stores a PID file under .oproc/. Stop sends SIGTERM to the recorded PID.
Initialize a file
The current command checks that its selected file exists before processing any flag, including –init. Create an empty file first:
: > proc.ops
olang process --init
Initialization writes a minimal [olang] entry pointing at boot.ola. It replaces the existing file contents. Review the file before adding commands.
This is a small process launcher, not a service manager. It does not provide a documented restart policy, log handling or reliable state reconciliation. For the O Language web scaffold that uses this file, see web project commands.
