O Language/API/CLI
From OnixOS
CLI
The olang executable runs source files, starts the REPL, manages packages and processes, and operates web projects.
Source commands
olang # Start the REPL
olang run <file> # Run a source file
olang exec 'output("Hello")'
olang compile -f <file> -o <output>
Package commands
olang install [-f library.olp] olang info [-f library.olp] olang generate [-f library.olp] olang create --name <project> --repo <remote> olang get <name> <remote> olang job <name>
library.olp stores package metadata and dependency definitions.
Process commands
olang process --start true --file proc.ops olang process --stop true --file proc.ops olang process --init true --file proc.ops
Web commands
olang web init <local> olang web init <remote> <local> olang web run olang web stop olang web create controller [name] olang web create model [name] olang web create connection [name] olang web create route <method> <path> <controller> olang web add <remote> <library-name> olang web install olang web update olang web artifact <filename>
The web CLI writes generated routes to config/config.ola and keeps lib/loader.olm current. See O Language Web Framework for the workflow.
